As with anything a client talks to me about, I treat any information or data given to me with respect, empathy, discretion and confidentiality. I will not ask for any personal data that is not relevant to our work.
I do not keep data any longer than needed.

Clinical Supervision - following professional good practice, I discuss my work regularly with another independent professional. I am careful to ensure that I do not give identifying information.

Any data is kept either in secure or anonymous storage sources whether paper or electronic.
I delete data for which I have reason to hold and remove anything that is no longer needed.
I encrypt data where it is sensible and possible to do so.
